RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of your ship date.

 Please note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags attached. 
• We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from notawordclothing.com and not from other retailers.
• Returns will only be accepted with a completed return form or a copy of your invoice.
• A $12 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

International customers may return merchandise by any trackable method at their own expense within 14 days of purchase. Please keep and be able to provide our Customer Service team with your return tracking number/information. If you are interested in creating an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at notawordinfo@gmail.com so they may further assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
